How to use the Listings page

The Listings page is your command center: search, filter, and manage every SKU synced from your marketplaces — see costs, prices, profit, competition, stock and sales, and edit them inline. This is a full tour of everything on the page.

Search & filterInline editsCompetition & profitCSV export

The Search box (top-left) matches across your SKU, Brand, Sales Channel item ID (the ASIN on Amazon), and Title — type any part of these to jump to a listing.

Marketplace tabs

Above the table, tabs let you switch between marketplaces and regions (e.g. Amazon US or Walmart), so you can focus on one channel at a time. To narrow to a specific connected account instead, use the Sales Channels filter below.

Filters

Click the filter box to pick from a large set of one-click filters. In the dropdown they're sorted alphabetically and split into two groups — OR Filters first (which broaden results), then Standard Filters. Here they are grouped by what they do:

Filters combine to narrow your list — stack a few (e.g. FBA/WFS listings + Missing cost) to find exactly the SKUs that need attention. The Inventory age filters require the matching subscription feature.

Filter by channel or strategy

Next to the filter box are two more pickers: Sales Channels (choose one or more connected accounts, grouped by Amazon / Walmart) and Strategies (choose one or more repricing strategies).

Columns & export

Click the three-dots menu (top-right of the table) to show/hide columns, drag to reorder them, export to CSV, or start a bulk upload. Available columns:

The product row, column by column

Listing

The left column identifies the SKU. It shows the marketplace logo (Amazon or Walmart), the SKU with a status icon, the Title (links to the marketplace listing), and the Sales Channel item ID (the ASIN on Amazon). Handy controls sit here too:

  • ·Copy sku — copies the SKU to your clipboard.
  • ·Open listing in new tab — opens the marketplace product page.
  • ·Advanced Insights — opens the item's dashboard (deep-dive charts). See Advanced Insights.
  • ·Add Notes — attach a note to the item.

A fulfillment badge marks each listing FBM, FBA or WFS.

Strategy

Shows the strategy assigned to the SKU — click it to reassign. An asterisk (*) in front of a strategy name marks the channel's default strategy: new listings imported for that channel are auto-assigned to it, so they start repricing immediately. On the Strategies page this appears under Default For Channels.

Cost / Min / Max

Your cost, min and max for the SKU. Editing any of them sets a manual override that feeds your repricing (min and max bound the price the repricer can push). The styling tells you the source at a glance:

Cost$8.00manual
Min$12.00imported
Max$25.00imported
Set a MAP
  • ·Bold, dark = a value you entered by hand (a manual override).
  • ·Light grey = a value imported automatically (e.g. via an integration).
  • ·MAP — click the map icon to Set a minimum advertised price. MAP raises your effective floor. See MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and Setting your min/max prices.

This column also holds an FBM shipping-cost editor and a Price Simulator to preview profit at any price.

Current price

The live marketplace price. Hover it for a breakdown — item price, shipping and total:

Current price details
Item price$18.99
Shipping price$0.00
Total price$18.99
  • ·Edit the price — click the pencil to push a one-time price to the marketplace.
  • ·Edit shipping — the Edit shipping price pencil (in the hover) updates the shipping amount.

Badges under the price flag when a SKU is At Minimum price, At Maximum price, Buybox eligible or Not buybox eligible.

Competition

Click Show Competition on any SKU to open a live snapshot of every seller on the listing:

  • ·All / FBM / FBA (or WFS) toggle and a New / Used switch filter which offers you see.
  • ·Total Stock and the FBM / FBA / AMZ split show how much inventory you're up against — AMZ means Amazon itself is selling.
  • ·Price is each seller's total (item + shipping), with Shipping broken out separately.
  • ·Price Range is that seller's tracked historical low–high, and Buy Box is their share of the Buy Box over a recent window.
  • ·QTY is their estimated stock — low-stock rivals can be a chance to raise your price.

Profit

Profit and margin at the current price. Hover for the full Profit Details — revenue, each fee, FBM shipping cost, cost, and the resulting profit.

Total revenue$18.99

WFS Shipping Fee−$4.95

Sales, Stock, Created at & more

  • ·Sales (today / 30d / 90d) — units sold and revenue over each window.
  • ·Stock — units available; click for an FBA/WFS breakdown.
  • ·Created at — when the listing was imported, with a repricing on/off toggle right beneath it (Enable / Disable repricing for {SKU}).
  • ·External competition price — Walmart's external comparison price.
  • ·BSR — Best Sellers Rank, for Amazon listings.
  • ·Inbound — units on their way to FBA / WFS.

Pending repricing

When Flashpricer pushes a new price, the marketplace usually confirms it within a few minutes. If it hasn't been accepted after 30 minutes, the SKU is flagged as pending repricing (there's a Pending repricing filter to find these) — it means the marketplace hasn't yet applied the price change. It normally clears on its own; persistent cases are worth a closer look.

Frequently asked

What do bold vs grey cost/min/max values mean?
Bold, dark = you set it by hand (a manual override). Light grey = imported automatically (e.g. from an integration).
Why does a strategy have a * in front of it?
The asterisk marks the channel's default strategy — new listings for that channel are auto-assigned to it so they start repricing immediately. Manage it under Default For Channels on the Strategies page.
Does my export include everything?
The export respects your active filters. Clear all filters first to export every listing, or keep filters to export just that subset.
Is the competition "Price" with or without shipping?
The Price column is each seller's total (item + shipping); the separate Shipping column shows the shipping portion.
