How to Enable Repricing and Set Up Listings

Repricing only runs when three things are in place: a minimum price on each listing, a repricing strategy assigned to it, and the global repricing switch turned on for your sales channel.

How to enable repricing and set up listings

Flashpricer only reprices a listing once three things are true: it has a minimum price, it has a strategy assigned, and global repricing is switched on for the sales channel. Miss any one of them and prices stay exactly where they are.

3 requirementsTwo per listing, one globalOne-time setup

What repricing needs

1

A minimum price

Your floor. Repricing never goes below it, so a listing without one is left alone.

Per listing
2

A repricing strategy

The rules that tell Flashpricer how to move the price and who to compete against.

Per listing
3

Global repricing on

The master switch on your Sales Channels page. Off means nothing reprices, anywhere.

Per sales channel
!

All three are required. A listing with a min price but no strategy won't reprice — and neither will a fully configured listing while the global switch is off.

Set it up

Add minimum prices

For every listing you want managed, set a minimum price. You can enter it manually, or have it calculated from your desired profit and applied from within the strategy assigned to the listing. This is what prevents repricing below your floor. See How to use the Listings Page.

Assign a strategy

Each listing also needs a repricing strategy, which dictates how Flashpricer adjusts its price. Build one first if you haven't: for Amazon or for Walmart.

Turn on the global repricing switch

Go to the Sales Channels page and toggle the global switch to on.

Don't want to type a min price for every SKU? Let the strategy calculate it from the profit you want, and it will be set from within the strategy assigned to the listing.

i

On Amazon, this is separate from Amazon's own seller-allowed price guardrail — that one is set in Seller Central. See Setting your min/max prices on Amazon.

Frequently asked

I've set everything up and nothing is repricing
Check the three requirements in order: does the listing have a minimum price, does it have a strategy assigned, and is the global switch on the Sales Channels page turned on? The global switch is the one most often missed, because it lives in settings rather than on the listing itself.
What happens to a listing with no minimum price?
It isn't managed. A minimum price must be in place for each listing you want repriced — it's what keeps repricing above your desired floor.
Do I have to enable repricing listing by listing?
The min price and the strategy are per listing, but the repricing switch is global: one toggle on the Sales Channels page covers the channel.
Ready to reprice

Set your minimums, assign a strategy, then flip the switch on the Sales Channels page. Questions? Email success@flashpricer.com.
