How billing and plans work

Every Flashpricer plan is monthly, starts with a 14-day free trial, and is defined by four things: how many sales channels you connect, how many listings you reprice, how many teammates you invite, and which repricing features you unlock. Here's the whole model in one page.

The 14-day free trial

You can explore Flashpricer before paying anything. Start your trial from Settings → Billing and you get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days.

  • No card required to start. You can connect a channel, build strategies and reprice without entering payment details.
  • Billing starts when the trial ends — not before. Your first invoice is issued on day 15.
  • Switch plans freely during the trial. Upgrades and downgrades apply immediately and your remaining trial days are preserved.
!

Add a payment method before day 14. If the trial ends with no card on file, the subscription is automatically cancelled and repricing stops. Adding a card at any point during the trial avoids this — you still aren't charged until day 15.

What defines a plan

Every plan is built from the same four dimensions. When you compare tiers, these are the only things that change.

1
Sales channels
How many marketplace accounts you can connect at once — for example one Amazon US account plus one Walmart US account counts as two channels.
2
Listings
The maximum number of listings Flashpricer will manage, counted separately for Amazon and Walmart. The Amazon limit covers all of your Amazon channels combined; the Walmart limit covers all your Walmart listings.
3
User seats
How many people can log into your organization, including you. You'll be asked to upgrade when you try to invite past your limit.
4
Features
Which repricing capabilities are unlocked — Buy Box auto-optimization, CH.AI strategies, Yo-Yo Price Lift, Inventory Age, and more. See the table below.

The plans

All prices are per month, in USD.

Pro$16915005002

Spark has a sales ceiling. It's designed for sellers doing up to $10,000 in average monthly sales. Every other plan is uncapped on revenue. If your average monthly sales grow past that ceiling on Spark, we'll prompt you to move up.

Enterprise + scales with you. Above Elite, plans are tailored: channel counts, listing volumes and seats step up together, from 15 channels / 50,000 Amazon listings all the way to 55 channels / 2.25M listings. Talk to us and we'll size the right tier.

  • CH.AI strategies are metered by listing: the number shown is how many of your listings can run a CH.AI strategy at once. See creating repricing strategies.
  • AI reports are per user, per billing cycle. Each teammate gets their own allowance, and it resets when your billing period renews. See Reports.

Add-ons

Some capabilities are billed separately from your plan, so you only pay for them where you use them.

Amazon Business repricing
$99 / mo

B2B pricing & quantity discounts

Amazon Business repricing unlocks B2B pricing and quantity-discount tiers on a given Amazon channel. You subscribe to it per channel from Settings → Billing → Sales channel options. Full details in Amazon Business Repricing.

Changing your plan

You can move between plans at any time from Settings → Billing. What happens next depends on the direction.

Upgrading takes effect immediately
New limits and features unlock right away. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period, and your cycle restarts from that date. During a trial there's no charge at all — the upgrade is simply applied.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your period
You keep your current plan and features until your billing period ends, then the new plan takes over. Nothing is charged in the meantime, and you can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any point before it applies. During a trial, downgrades apply immediately instead.
!

Some downgrades are blocked. If your current usage wouldn't fit the smaller plan — too many channels, too many listings, or strategies that use a feature the lower plan doesn't include — we'll tell you exactly what's over the line. Bring your usage under the target plan's limits first, then downgrade.

Going over your plan limits

Flashpricer keeps repricing rather than cutting you off mid-flight. When your usage passes what your plan allows, here's what happens.

1
We detect it and let you know
You'll see a notice in the app explaining which limit was exceeded and by how much.
2
You get 48 hours
Use them to either bring usage back under your limit — remove a channel, reduce managed listings — or upgrade yourself to the plan you actually need.
3
If nothing changes, we move you up
After 48 hours we automatically move you to the smallest plan that fits your usage, so repricing never stops. If you resolve the overage first, the scheduled move is cancelled automatically.
i

The 48-hour auto-upgrade applies to volume limits: sales channels, listings, CH.AI listings and monthly sales. Going over on a feature — for example running a Yo-Yo strategy on a plan that doesn't include it — is flagged to you but never triggers an automatic upgrade.

Discounts and promo codes

Promo codes are applied to your subscription in Settings → Billing and are reflected on every invoice while they're active.

  • Your discount follows you when you change plans — as long as the plan you're moving to accepts promo codes.
  • A few plans don't accept them. Spark is one. If you switch to a plan that doesn't accept promo codes while a discount is active, we warn you first — continuing removes the discount permanently.

Invoices and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Flashpricer never stores your card details. You can update your card at any time from Settings → Billing, and every invoice is available for download from the Invoice history tab — see How to find your invoices.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. There's no cancellation fee and no notice period.

  • Access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancellation takes effect at your renewal date, not immediately.
  • You can change your mind. Reactivating before the period ends keeps everything exactly as it was — strategies, settings and history are untouched.
  • After it lapses, the account owner keeps access to billing pages so they can reactivate; other team members are asked to contact the owner.

Cancelling because of price? A downgrade usually solves it. Moving to a smaller plan keeps your listings repricing at a lower cost instead of stopping altogether — we'll suggest the options that fit your current usage during the cancellation flow.

Frequently asked

Am I charged during the free trial?
No. Nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Your first invoice is issued when the trial ends, provided a payment method is on file.
What happens if I don't add a card before the trial ends?
The subscription is cancelled automatically and repricing stops. Your data stays in place — add a payment method and reactivate whenever you're ready.
Is there an annual plan?
Plans are billed monthly. If you're interested in a longer commitment, contact us and we'll look at what we can do.
Do listing limits count everything in my catalogue?
They count the listings Flashpricer manages for you, per marketplace. Your Amazon limit applies across all your Amazon channels combined, and your Walmart limit across all your Walmart listings.
What counts as a sales channel?
One connected marketplace account. An Amazon US account and a Walmart US account are two channels, so a one-channel plan means you can connect either one, not both.
Do my AI report credits roll over?
No — the allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and it's counted per user rather than shared across your team.
Can I add more seats without changing plan?
Seats are tied to your plan, so adding teammates beyond your limit means moving up a tier. The billing page shows how many seats each plan includes.
