This guide covers how to schedule automated reports in Flashpricer — building a custom report with your own Products filters, choosing an expert preconfigured report, and managing everything from the Scheduled Reports and History views.

Getting started

Open the Reports page

Go to app.flashpricer.com/products/reports. The Reports area opens with a left sidebar — it lands on Scheduled Reports.

Start a new report

Click Schedule New Report in the top right.

Choose a report type

In the dialog, pick Custom Report to build your own, or Preconfigured Report to start from an expert template.

Here's the choice you'll see:

📈 Select from powerful pre-built reports

Choose from our highly useful preconfigured reports, such as:

  • Products with increasing or decreasing sales velocity
  • Items that are not currently competitive and may need pricing adjustments
  • Top-selling items, and more!

Custom report — build your own

Best when you want full control over exactly which listings and columns are included. The custom builder embeds the entire Products page filter bar — the same search, filters, sales-channel and strategy pickers you already use on the Products page — so you scope the report exactly like a Products view, then set a schedule.

  • ·Email: add one or more recipient addresses (press enter after each).
  • ·Report Name: give it a clear name so it's easy to find later.

When everything's set, click Schedule Report.

Preconfigured reports — expert templates

Prefer a ready-made report? Preconfigured templates target a specific, high-value slice of your catalog — no filter setup required. Pick one under Report Type, and its description appears right below so you know exactly what it surfaces.

Default ViewProvide a comprehensive overview of all listings with no filters applied, allowing you to view and analyze all available data.
Not Repricing (needs attention)Identify listings that are not actively repricing due to missing configurations or strategies, ensuring these listings are addressed to maximize sales potential.
At Min Price (no sales)Identify listings that are priced at the minimum and have not generated sales in the last 30 days, potentially indicating an opportunity to adjust pricing strategies for increased sales.
Generating sales at MaxHighlight listings that are generating sales but are priced at their maximum, potentially indicating an opportunity to adjust pricing strategies for increased profitability.
Inaccurate PL last 30 daysIdentify listings with missing cost data that have generated sales in the last 30 days, ensuring accurate profit and loss calculations for better decision-making.
Listings with No Sales (Needs Attention)Highlight listings that have not generated sales in the last 30 days and may need optimization.
Generating Sales at Min PriceIdentify listings that are selling but are priced at the minimum, potentially leaving profit on the table.
Suppressed BuyboxHighlight listings where the buybox is suppressed, which may require pricing or strategy adjustments.
Errors on ChannelIdentify listings with errors on the channel that need immediate attention.

After choosing a template, set the rest:

  • ·Sales Channels: pick which marketplaces to pull from (Amazon / Walmart, multi-select).
  • ·Schedule Report: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • ·Email: one or more recipients.
  • ·Report Name: a name to keep it organized.

Then click Schedule Report — and you're all set.

Managing your reports

The Reports area uses a left sidebar, not tabs. Two sections manage everything you've scheduled: Scheduled Reports and History. (There's also a separate AI Reports section for AI-generated insights.)

Reports are exported as a file (CSV) and delivered to the recipients you set — there's no separate format, date-range or timezone selector to configure. The schedule (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) and your filters fully define each run.

Frequently asked

What's the difference between a custom and a preconfigured report?
A custom report uses the Products page filter bar — you choose exactly which listings, channels and strategies are included. A preconfigured report is a ready-made template (like Suppressed Buybox or Not Repricing (needs attention)) that targets a specific slice of your catalog with no filter setup.
How often can reports be sent?
Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Set it under Schedule Report: when creating the report; you can change it later by editing a custom report.
Can I send a report to more than one person?
Yes — the Email field accepts multiple addresses. Add each recipient and they'll all receive every run.
How do I pause or stop a report?
Open Scheduled Reports and use the actions on the row: Pause sets it to INACTIVE (no more emails until you resume), and Delete removes it after a confirmation. Custom reports can also be edited.
Where do I download past reports?
In the History section. Each completed run shows a Download link; runs still processing, empty, or failed show Not available.
A report shows EMPTY — what does that mean?
The run completed successfully but matched zero rows for your filters at that moment (e.g. no listings were in a suppressed-Buy-Box state). Widen the filters or check back on the next run.
