Reports
Schedule automated CSV reports in Flashpricer — build a custom report from your Products filters or pick an expert preconfigured template, delivered daily, weekly or monthly to multiple recipients.
Stay ahead without the manual work. Schedule the data you care about — pricing trends, Buy Box changes, listings that need attention — and Flashpricer emails it to you as a file on the cadence you choose.
This guide covers how to schedule automated reports in Flashpricer — building a custom report with your own Products filters, choosing an expert preconfigured report, and managing everything from the Scheduled Reports and History views.
Getting started
Go to app.flashpricer.com/products/reports. The Reports area opens with a left sidebar — it lands on Scheduled Reports.
Click Schedule New Report in the top right.
In the dialog, pick Custom Report to build your own, or Preconfigured Report to start from an expert template.
Here's the choice you'll see:
Use any filters available on the products page, along with specific sales channels and strategies, to export data to a file on a schedule.
Create Custom ReportChoose from our highly useful preconfigured reports, such as:
- Products with increasing or decreasing sales velocity
- Items that are not currently competitive and may need pricing adjustments
- Top-selling items, and more!
Custom report — build your own
Best when you want full control over exactly which listings and columns are included. The custom builder embeds the entire Products page filter bar — the same search, filters, sales-channel and strategy pickers you already use on the Products page — so you scope the report exactly like a Products view, then set a schedule.
- ·Filters, channels & strategies — all set through the embedded Products filter bar, not separate fields.
- ·Schedule Report: pick Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- ·Email: add one or more recipient addresses (press enter after each).
- ·Report Name: give it a clear name so it's easy to find later.
When everything's set, click Schedule Report.
Preconfigured reports — expert templates
Prefer a ready-made report? Preconfigured templates target a specific, high-value slice of your catalog — no filter setup required. Pick one under Report Type, and its description appears right below so you know exactly what it surfaces.
After choosing a template, set the rest:
- ·Sales Channels: pick which marketplaces to pull from (Amazon / Walmart, multi-select).
- ·Schedule Report: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- ·Email: one or more recipients.
- ·Report Name: a name to keep it organized.
Then click Schedule Report — and you're all set.
Managing your reports
The Reports area uses a left sidebar, not tabs. Two sections manage everything you've scheduled: Scheduled Reports and History. (There's also a separate AI Reports section for AI-generated insights.)
Scheduled Reports
Every active or paused report you've created, with controls to edit, pause/resume, or delete it.
| Report Info | Report Frequency | Report Type | Status | Actions | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Weekly suppressed Buy Box Created: Jul 1, 2026 | DailyWeeklyMonthly | ops@store.com | Custom | ACTIVE | |
Generating Sales at Min Price Created: Jun 22, 2026 | DailyWeeklyMonthly | owner@store.com | Preconfigured | INACTIVE |
- ·Report Info — the report name plus its Created: date (and a Last edited: date if you've changed it).
- ·Status — ACTIVE or INACTIVE. Pausing a report sets it to INACTIVE; resuming turns it back to ACTIVE.
- ·Actions — Edit (pencil, available on custom reports), Pause / Resume, and Delete (which asks you to confirm first).
History
A log of every report run, with a download link for completed ones.
| Report Info | Report Date | Status | Download Url | Number of Rows |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Weekly suppressed Buy Box Frequency: Weekly · Sales channels: Amazon | Jul 8, 2026 · 2 days ago | COMPLETED | Download | 1,240 |
Suppressed Buybox Frequency: Weekly · Sales channels: Amazon, Walmart | Jul 8, 2026 · 2 days ago | EMPTY | Not available | — |
Default View Frequency: Daily · Sales channels: Amazon | Jul 10, 2026 · just now | PROCESSING | Not available | — |
- ·Status — a run moves through REQUESTED → PROCESSING → COMPLETED. A finished run with no matching rows shows EMPTY; a run that couldn't complete shows FAILED.
- ·Download Url — a Download link appears once a report is COMPLETED with at least one row; otherwise it reads Not available.
- ·Number of Rows — how many rows the export contains. History is paginated 25 per page.
Reports are exported as a file (CSV) and delivered to the recipients you set — there's no separate format, date-range or timezone selector to configure. The schedule (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) and your filters fully define each run.
