SkuVault Integration
Connect SkuVault to Flashpricer with your SkuVault login and auto-sync your product (or kit) costs by SKU — refreshed every 30 minutes, no CSV to prepare.
Pull your product costs straight from SkuVault into Flashpricer. Unlike the CSV integrations, SkuVault connects directly with your SkuVault login — no file to prepare — and Flashpricer keeps your costs in sync automatically.
The SkuVault integration reads your cost from SkuVault and matches it to your Flashpricer listings by SKU. You connect once with your SkuVault credentials, and Flashpricer refreshes the costs on a schedule.
Step 1 — Open Partner Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations, click Connect Integration, then choose Partner Integrations. Find the SkuVault card and click Connect Now.

Connect NowStep 2 — Connect with your SkuVault login
In the Sync items from SkuVault form, give the integration a Name, enter your SkuVault Email and Password, choose which cost to sync, then click Create SkuVault Integration.
- ·Name — anything that helps you recognise it later, e.g.
SkuVault · Amazon US. - ·Email & Password — your SkuVault login. Flashpricer exchanges them for a secure SkuVault token behind the scenes; your password itself isn't stored.
- ·Sync costs based on — pick Product Cost for standard SKUs, or Kit Cost if you sell bundles/kits and want the kit's rolled-up cost from SkuVault.
Flashpricer runs a first sync as soon as you connect, so your costs start filling in right away.
How the sync works
- ·It syncs your cost — not min/max or price. SkuVault provides the cost per SKU; your pricing rules, min and max stay under your control in Flashpricer.
- ·Automatic every 30 minutes. Flashpricer re-checks SkuVault on a schedule and only updates SKUs whose cost actually changed. It also runs a full re-sync once a day to catch anything missed.
- ·Costs you set by hand are safe. A cost you set manually (or via a bulk upload) takes precedence — the integration only replaces a cost that came from an integration.
- ·An empty SkuVault cost clears the cost for that SKU (and its calculated min/max), so listings without a cost in SkuVault won't reprice on a stale number.
Big cost jumps are flagged. If a synced cost changes by more than 50% and more than $20, Flashpricer emails you a heads-up so an unexpected SkuVault value never quietly drives your prices.
Troubleshooting
- ·Invalid credentials — if the email or password is wrong, SkuVault rejects the connection. Double-check your SkuVault login and try again.
- ·Already connected — you can't connect the same SkuVault account twice; Flashpricer will tell you an integration with those credentials already exists.
- ·Costs not appearing — make sure your Flashpricer SKUs match the SKUs in SkuVault, and that those products have a cost set in SkuVault.
