Linnworks Integration
Connect Linnworks to Flashpricer with an access token and auto-sync your purchase cost by SKU. Generate the token in Linnworks, paste it into Flashpricer, and costs refresh every 30 minutes.
Sync your purchase cost from Linnworks into Flashpricer with a secure access token. You generate the token from Linnworks once, paste it into Flashpricer, and your costs stay in sync automatically — no CSV to prepare.
Connecting Linnworks takes a short round trip: you start the connection in Flashpricer, generate an Access Token in a Linnworks pop-up, then paste that token back into Flashpricer. Flashpricer then reads your cost from Linnworks and matches it to your listings by SKU.
Step 1 — Open Partner Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations, click Connect Integration, then choose Partner Integrations. Find the Linnworks card and click Connect Now.
E-commerce order and inventory management integration
Connect NowStep 2 — Name it and generate a token
In the Sync items from Linnworks form, give the integration a Name, then click Generate Linnworks Access Token. A Linnworks login window opens.
Step 3 — Install & copy the token in Linnworks
Log in to your Linnworks account in the pop-up. Select Development Version as the version to install, click the green Install button, then Copy the Access Token it gives you.
The Development Version is simply how the Flashpricer connector is installed on your Linnworks account — pick it in the install screen. The install and token steps all happen inside Linnworks; Flashpricer only needs the token you copy.
Step 4 — Paste the token and create
Back in Flashpricer, paste the token into the Access Token field, then click Create Linnworks Integration.
Flashpricer runs a first sync as soon as you connect, so your costs start filling in right away.
How the sync works
- ·It syncs your cost — not min/max or price. Flashpricer reads your Linnworks purchase price per SKU; your pricing rules, min and max stay under your control in Flashpricer.
- ·Automatic every 30 minutes. Flashpricer re-checks Linnworks on a schedule and only updates SKUs whose cost actually changed.
- ·Costs you set by hand are safe. A cost you set manually (or via a bulk upload) takes precedence — the integration only replaces a cost that came from an integration.
- ·A purchase price of 0 clears the cost for that SKU (and its calculated min/max), so listings don't reprice on a stale number.
Big cost jumps are flagged. If a synced cost changes by more than 50% and more than $20, Flashpricer emails you a heads-up so an unexpected Linnworks value never quietly drives your prices.
Troubleshooting
- ·Invalid Access Token — if the token is wrong or has been revoked, the sync can't authenticate. Generate a fresh token in Linnworks and reconnect.
- ·Already connected — you can't connect the same Linnworks token twice; Flashpricer will tell you an integration with those credentials already exists.
- ·Costs not appearing — make sure your Flashpricer SKUs match the SKU (item number) in Linnworks, and that those products have a purchase price set.
- ·Left in error > 5 days — an integration stuck in an error state for more than 5 days is disabled automatically; fix the token and reconnect.
