Integrating Sellercloud with Flashpricer
Integrate SellerCloud with Flashpricer: SellerCloud exports a cost CSV to FTP, and Flashpricer's dedicated SellerCloud partner integration reads it every 30 minutes to sync cost, min, max, MAP and more.
Sync your costs (and min/max prices and more) from SellerCloud into Flashpricer automatically. SellerCloud exports a CSV to an FTP server, and Flashpricer reads it on a schedule — so your pricing data stays current without manual work.
This integration has two sides: first you set up a cost export on the SellerCloud side, then you connect that file in Flashpricer using the dedicated SellerCloud partner integration (which is an FTP-based CSV sync under the hood).
What you'll need
- ·An active SellerCloud account.
- ·FTP access from SellerCloud. Request it from SellerCloud Support — note that SellerCloud may charge for FTP access.
Step 1 — Set it up on the SellerCloud side
Ask SellerCloud Support for FTP access, then configure SellerCloud to export your cost CSV to that FTP server. SellerCloud has its own guide for this:
Use SellerCloud's own documentation to configure the FTP export: SellerCloud → Flashpricer account integration. Questions for SellerCloud? Contact SellerCloud support.
The CSV SellerCloud produces needs a SKU column plus at least one value column — COST, MIN, MAX, MAP, SALES CHANNEL ID, STRATEGY ID or FBM SHIPPING COST. See Integrations in Flashpricer for the full column reference.
Step 2 — Connect it in Flashpricer
Once SellerCloud is writing your CSV to FTP, connect it in Flashpricer:
Go to Settings → Integrations, click Connect Integration, and choose Partner Integrations.
Find the SellerCloud card and click Connect Now.
In the Sync items from SellerCloud form, enter the FTP details SellerCloud gave you, click Continue, browse to your CSV, and click Create CSV integration.
Here's the SellerCloud partner card, under Connect Integration → Partner Integrations:
Multi-channel inventory and order management integration
Connect NowIt opens the same FTP connection form you'd use for any FTP source — just pre-labeled for SellerCloud:
The CSV file must contain the following column headers: SKU + one or all of the following COST, MIN, MAX, MAP, SALES CHANNEL ID, STRATEGY ID, CURRENCY, FBM SHIPPING COST.
For the full field-by-field walkthrough of this form — protocol, host, port, credentials and the file picker — see Set up a CSV via FTP integration. Both FTP and SFTP are supported.
How the sync works
- ·Automatic every 30 minutes. Flashpricer re-reads the SellerCloud file on a schedule, plus once right after you connect it.
- ·Costs you set by hand are safe. A cost you set manually (or via a bulk upload) takes precedence — the integration only replaces a cost that came from a previous integration. (Min, max and other fields are last-writer-wins, from any source.)
- ·A blank cell clears that field, and a blank or
0cost clears the cost and its calculated min/max.
