How to Integrate Inventory Lab with Flashpricer
If you use Inventory Lab to manage your inventory and product costs, you can feed that data into Flashpricer to keep your Cost, Min Price and Max Price up to date automatically — no native integration required.
Flashpricer doesn't need a direct native integration with Inventory Lab. Instead, you use an automated export or data workflow to move your Inventory Lab data into one of Flashpricer's supported custom integration methods.
What data does Flashpricer need?
At a minimum, your integration should provide:
- ·SKU / MSKU — must match the SKU associated with the product in Flashpricer.
- ·Cost — your cost per unit.
Depending on your setup, you can either supply your Min Price and Max Price directly, or let Flashpricer calculate them from your cost and your configured min/max rules.
Option 1 — Inventory Lab → Google Sheets → Flashpricer
One of the easiest methods is to send your Inventory Lab data to a Google Sheet automatically, then connect that sheet to Flashpricer. Full setup instructions live in the Google Sheets integration guide.
Your sheet can contain fields such as:

If you're only providing SKU + Cost, Flashpricer can use your configured rules to determine the appropriate min and max prices — you don't have to compute them yourself.
Option 2 — Automate the export with Claude Cowork
If you use Claude Cowork, you may be able to automate the whole export process without Inventory Lab providing a dedicated API integration.
Inventory Lab lets you export your inventory data manually from the Inventory page, via the 3-dot menu → Export Inventory Data. That export can contain MSKU, cost per unit, supplier, date purchased and other inventory information. Because it can already be produced by hand, a recurring Cowork task can potentially do the same thing on a schedule.
Open an already-authenticated Chrome session using a persistent profile that's logged into your Inventory Lab account.
Go to the Inventory page and choose 3-dot menu → Export Inventory Data, then download the CSV once Inventory Lab has finished generating it.
Prepare the export for Flashpricer:
- Match MSKU → SKU.
- Strip
$symbols and other formatting from cost values. - Make sure costs are numeric.
- Verify the value sent is cost per unit, not a total purchase or order cost.
- Drop any unnecessary columns.
Send the cleaned SKU + Cost data to the sheet connected to Flashpricer. Where possible, use the Google Sheets connector or API rather than pasting through the browser — it's far more reliable for overwriting existing data or updating rows by SKU.
Flashpricer reads the sheet and updates the matching products. Depending on your configuration it can update Cost, Min Price and Max Price — and it can calculate min and max from your imported costs and pricing rules.
How often should the data be updated?
The right frequency depends on how often your costs change. For many sellers, running the export and sheet update once or twice a day is enough.
That gives you an automated workflow without ever updating product costs by hand inside Flashpricer.
Other integration options
You don't have to use Claude Cowork or Google Sheets. If you can export your Inventory Lab data into another format Flashpricer supports, you can build a different custom integration — see Integrations in Flashpricer, or the hosted CSV and FTP guides.
The requirement is always the same: Flashpricer needs a reliable identifier — typically SKU/MSKU — along with the applicable Cost, Min Price and/or Max Price.

Important: verify your cost data
Test on a handful of SKUs first. Incorrect cost, min or max data directly affects your repricing behaviour, so verify the integration before applying it across your full catalog.
Confirm that:
- ✓Inventory Lab MSKUs match the SKUs in Flashpricer.
- ✓Cost values are per-unit costs.
- ✓Currency symbols and other formatting have been removed.
- ✓Min and max calculations produce the results you expect.
- ✓The correct products are being updated.
Once that's verified, the workflow can run on its own and keep Flashpricer in sync with your latest Inventory Lab costs.
