Understanding Amazon FBA Inventory Status in Flashpricer

Wondering how Flashpricer counts your Amazon FBA stock? It adds together your fulfillable and reserved units, so a listing stays active and priced even when some inventory is temporarily tied up in Amazon's network.
The two statuses that count
When Flashpricer syncs your Amazon FBA inventory, two of Amazon's quantities make up your available stock:
- ·AFN Fulfillable — units on hand and ready to ship to customers.
- ·AFN Reserved — units Amazon is holding temporarily: moving between fulfillment centers, undergoing checks, or set aside for pending orders.
Flashpricer treats both as in stock and adds them together for the quantity shown on your listing:
Why both count
Reserved units aren't lost — they're on their way back to being sellable. Counting them keeps your listing active and competitively priced while part of your inventory is in transit or in checks, instead of dropping to your out-of-stock behavior for a temporary blip.

The popover's AFN total is Amazon's own figure (which includes unsellable and other buckets), so it usually differs from the fulfillable + reserved number shown on your listing.
Inbound is separate
Units on their way to Amazon — Inbound working, Inbound shipped and Inbound receiving — are tracked in the Inbound column and are not counted as available stock until they arrive and become fulfillable.
