Managing Item Notes in Flashpricer: Add, Edit, and Export with Ease

Attach internal notes to any listing in Flashpricer: add, edit and delete per-item notes from the Products page, see who wrote them, and include them in your listings export. Shared with your team, never sent to the marketplace.

Managing item notes

Attach internal notes to any listing to keep yourself and your team organized — reminders, sourcing details, pricing rationale, whatever you need. Notes stay inside Flashpricer and can be exported with your listings.

Add a note

  1. 1On the Products page, click the Add Notes icon on the item you want to comment on.
  2. 2Type your note and click Add Note.

The Notes icon on a row turns violet when an item already has notes — an at-a-glance flag that there's context to read.

Edit or delete a note

Open the Notes modal for a listing, then hover over a note to reveal its edit (pencil) and delete (trash) controls. Editing lets you rewrite the note and save; deleting asks you to confirm first:

Each note is stamped with the date, time and the name of whoever last edited it — handy when several teammates are adding context.

Export your notes

When you export your listings, notes come along for the ride in a Notes column — great for offline tracking or sharing with your team.

The export includes the 3 most recent notes per item (each with its timestamp). For the full history, open the item's Notes modal.

Good to know

  • ·Internal only. Notes live inside Flashpricer and are shared across your organization — they're never sent to Amazon or Walmart.
  • ·As many as you like. Add multiple notes per item; they're listed newest first (10 per page).
  • ·No character limit. Write as much as you need.

Not available yet

  • ·You can't filter the Products page by whether items have notes.
  • ·You can't search the text of your notes.

Can my whole team see the notes?
Yes — notes are shared across everyone in your Flashpricer organization, and each note shows who last edited it.
Do notes get sent to the marketplace?
No. Notes are internal to Flashpricer only — Amazon and Walmart never see them.
Are all my notes exported?
The Listings export includes the 3 most recent notes per item. Open the Notes modal to see an item's full history.
