Where Is My Inventory? FBA & WFS Stock Distribution

Opening the stock detail
On the Products page, click the In Stock number on any FBA or WFS listing. A stock detail popup opens with the complete breakdown for that marketplace:
Amazon (FBA) fields explained
- ·AFN fulfillable — units on the shelf, ready to ship to customers right now.
- ·AFN reserved — units temporarily held by Amazon: tied to pending customer orders, being moved between fulfillment centers, or being measured/processed.
- ·AFN warehouse total — everything physically in Amazon's warehouses (fulfillable + reserved + unsellable).
- ·AFN unsellable — damaged or unfit units awaiting removal or disposal.
- ·AFN total — the total unit count across Amazon's network.
- ·Inbound working / shipped / receiving — your shipment pipeline: created but not yet shipped, on the way to Amazon, and arrived & being checked in.
- ·Researching — units Amazon is investigating or locating (for example, misplaced during processing).
- ·Reserved future supply / Future supply buyable — units tied to future-dated supply programs.
How In Stock is counted: Flashpricer adds AFN fulfillable + AFN reserved together and treats both as in stock — so your listing stays active (and keeps repricing) while units are temporarily held inside Amazon's network. Inbound units are tracked separately and are not counted as in stock until received.
Walmart (WFS) fields explained
- ·WFS available — sellable units in Walmart's fulfillment network.
- ·WFS inbound — units on the way to WFS, not yet received.
- ·WFS damaged receipts — units that arrived at WFS damaged.
- ·WFS cube used (ft³) — the storage volume this item currently occupies, useful for keeping an eye on storage costs.
- ·WFS days of supply — Walmart's estimate of how long current stock will last at the item's sales rate.
- ·WFS suggested units — Walmart's replenishment suggestion for the item.
Why this matters
- ·Skip Seller Central. If you're regularly sending FBA or WFS shipments, this replaces digging through shipping plans just to check where units are.
- ·Know your true sellable stock. See at a glance what's actually available versus tied up in reserved, unsellable, or inbound states.
- ·Catch problems early. A growing unsellable or damaged-receipts count is your cue to review removals and dispositions before fees pile up.
Pair it with velocity: combine this view with your in-stock sales velocity and days-of-stock-left to time your next shipment with confidence.
