Connect Walmart to Flashpricer

Link your Walmart US marketplace to Flashpricer with a secure authorization — no keys to copy. Name your store, authorize on Walmart, and you're ready to turn on repricing.

Open your sales channels

Connecting Walmart takes about a minute. You'll authorize Flashpricer directly on Walmart — there are no API keys to generate or paste.

Connect your Walmart store

Open your sales channels

Click the settings gear and go to Sales channels (or open app.flashpricer.com/settings/channels). Click Connect Channel in the top-right and choose Walmart.

Name your store

In the Connect Walmart Sales channel window, enter a name to identify this store (e.g. Main Store), then click Connect Walmart Account.

Authorize on Walmart

You're taken to Walmart to authorize the integration. Approve it, and you're brought back to Flashpricer — connected.

First channel? If this is your first sales channel and you don't have a repricing strategy yet, Flashpricer offers to help you create one right after connecting. You can also do it later.

Turn on repricing

Once your channel is connected and its items have synced, scroll to the Repricing section at the bottom of the Sales channels page. Flip the Enable repricing for channel Walmart toggle on to let Flashpricer push prices to Walmart.

The toggle is the master switch. Repricing only goes live for a channel when its Enable repricing toggle is on. With it off, Flashpricer tracks competition but never changes your Walmart prices.

Before you enable repricing

For repricing to actually update a price once the channel toggle is on, each item also needs the essentials:

Costs — integrated from a connected source or added manually. See the integrations page to sync costs automatically.
A minimum price — so repricing never drops below your floor.
An assigned strategy — the ruleset that decides how each item is priced.

Frequently asked

Do I need a strategy before I connect?

No — connect the channel first. A strategy (and a minimum price) is only needed on your items before repricing can actually go live. If it's your first channel, Flashpricer offers to help you create a strategy right after connecting.

I enabled repricing but nothing changes

Check three things on the items: the channel's Enable repricing toggle is on, each item has a minimum price and an assigned strategy, and its cost is set. Repricing only pushes when all of these are in place.

Where is the sales-channels page?

Click the settings gear → Sales channels, or go to app.flashpricer.com/settings/channels.

How do I disconnect a Walmart channel?

In your sales-channels list, use the channel's Actions menu and choose Disconnect Channel.
