Bulk updates via CSV: change many listings in one file

Update prices, costs, strategies and more across hundreds of listings at once. Download a template (or export your current listings), edit the columns you care about, upload the file, and Flashpricer maps and applies your changes.

Bulk uploads live on the Bulk uploads page — app.flashpricer.com/products/bulk-upload. The workflow is always: get a CSV, edit it, upload it, confirm the column mapping, apply.

Step 1 — Get your CSV

On the Bulk uploads page, find the Download a sample CSV file card and click the Download CSV Template button (the chevron on its right opens a menu). You get three choices:

Download CSV Template
Download CSV Template
Download Amazon B2B CSV Template
Generate CSV from my listings
  • 1Download CSV Template — a blank B2C template with one example row. Best for a fresh update where you already know the SKUs.
  • 2Download Amazon B2B CSV Template — the equivalent template for Amazon Business (B2B) fields.
  • 3Generate CSV from my listings — exports your current listings pre-filled, so you can edit values in place and re-upload. This is the full listings export (every data column), not a slim template.

The B2C template columns

The Download CSV Template file contains these columns (with one example row). Sku and Sales Channel ID are the only always-required fields — leave out any optional column you don't need by deleting it.

ColumnExampleRequiredWhat it does
SkuSKU-1RequiredThe SKU(s) you want to update.
Sales Channel ID123456RequiredFound on the Sales Channels page in the "Sales channel ID" column.
RegionUSIf multi-regionOnly needed if the same SKU exists in more than one region. Use the code shown when you hover a flag on Sales Channels.
Strategy IDstrategy_XYZOptionalFound under the strategy name on the Strategies page — assigns the SKU to that strategy.
Min Price10.43OptionalSets a manual minimum (a manual override — see below).
Max Price15.99OptionalSets a manual maximum (manual override).
Cost5.99OptionalSets item cost (manual override). Skip it if cost is synced from an integration, unless you mean to override.
FBM Shipping Cost3.50OptionalYour merchant shipping cost for FBM items (used in margin math).
Repricing enabledyesOptionalTurn repricing on/off in bulk — accepts only yes or no.
One Time Push Price12.99OptionalPushes a one-time price to the marketplace for those SKUs.
!

Manual overrides. Entering a Min Price, Max Price, Cost or MAP is treated as a manual override — it replaces whatever was set manually or automatically (including integration-synced values). To clear an override, upload the file with that cell left blank (or clear it on the Products page: double-click the cost/min/max cell and press backspace). Note 0 isn't accepted for these fields — only a blank clears them.

There's also a separate Amazon B2B template (from the menu) with the B2B equivalents: Sku, Sales Channel ID, Region, B2B Strategy ID, B2B Min Price, B2B Max Price, FBM Shipping Cost and One Time Push Business Price.

Step 2 — Upload your file

Back on the Bulk uploads page, find the Bulk Upload Listings from a CSV file section. Drag your file in, or click Upload .csv File to pick it.

Drag a file here or click the button below to upload a CSV file with your updated listings.

The file must be a .csv, under 100 MB, with at least 3 columns, non-empty headers, and at least one data row.

Step 3 — Check the column mapping

Flashpricer reads your headers and shows how it plans to map each CSV Column Name to a Flashpricer field. Review it, then confirm.

Good to know

  • ·Duplicate rows. If the file has the same SKU + Sales Channel ID more than once, only the last occurrence is applied — earlier ones are ignored.
  • ·Region errors. If a SKU + Sales Channel ID matches listings in several regions and no Region is given, that row errors out and asks you to add a Region column. An unknown region value is also rejected.
  • ·Repricing enabled accepts only yes or no — any other value makes the row be ignored.
  • ·Per-row results. Rows that fail (item not found, no change, invalid value…) don't block the rest — they're collected in a downloadable error report you can grab from the upload history.

Frequently asked

Which fields are required in my CSV?
Only Sku and Sales Channel ID. Everything else is optional — and at mapping time you must map those two plus at least one other column to continue. Region is only needed when the same SKU exists in multiple regions.
How do I remove a manual min/max/cost override?
Upload the file with that cell left blank — a blank clears the override. (You can also clear it directly on the Products page: double-click the cost/min/max cell and press backspace.) A 0 won't clear these fields; only a blank does.
What does "Generate CSV from my listings" give me?
A pre-filled export of your current listings — the full data export, the same columns as a Products export. Edit the values you want to change and re-upload; on upload you map only the columns you edited, and only those fields are updated.
Do I have to include every column?
No. Delete any optional column you don't need. During upload, only the columns you map to a field are applied — unmapped columns are ignored.
Is there a file size or row limit?
The file must be a .csv under 100 MB, with at least 3 columns and at least one data row. Large files are processed in batches, so very big uploads may take a little while.
